1. Identification

The website hola-spanish.es (the "Site") is operated by Hola Spanish. For any inquiries you can write to hola@hola-spanish.es.

2. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern access to, navigation and use of the Site, as well as the purchase of the PDF eBooks and other digital products offered by Hola Spanish.

3. Use of the Site

• You must be at least 18 years old or have the authorization of a legal guardian.
• You agree to use the Site lawfully, respecting third-party intellectual property and privacy.
• Unauthorized access to systems, introducing malware or any activity that could harm the operation of the Site is prohibited.

4. Products and prices

All products are digital content in PDF format. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated, and include any taxes applicable at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify prices and product availability at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Purchase process

To buy, you must sign in with a valid account (Google or Apple). Once products are added to the cart and payment is completed through Stripe, you will receive immediate access to the files in your library and, where applicable, a download link by email.

6. License of use

When you purchase an eBook, you obtain a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license for private use. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, resale or any commercial exploitation, total or partial, of the content is prohibited without express written authorization from Hola Spanish.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual and industrial property rights over the texts, images, designs, trademarks, logos and any other content on the Site belong to Hola Spanish or its licensors. Access to the Site does not grant any rights over them.

8. Limitation of liability

Hola Spanish takes maximum care in preparing the materials, but does not guarantee specific learning results. Use of the eBooks is at your own responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the product that gave rise to the issue.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force will be the one published on this page with its update date. Continuing to use the Site after the changes implies acceptance.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the city of the Site owner, unless applicable regulations provide otherwise.
