Shipping Policy

100% digital products

Hola Spanish only sells eBooks in PDF format. We do not ship physical items or paper products. This means there are no shipping costs or postal delivery times.

Delivery method

After payment is confirmed, you receive access in two ways:

• Personal library: the files are available in your account permanently.
• Email: in some cases we send a download link to the email associated with the purchase.

Delivery time

Delivery is instant in most cases. In exceptional situations (payment processor or server issues) it may take a few minutes. If after 30 minutes you have not received access, check your spam folder and contact us.

Technical requirements

To enjoy the eBooks you need:

• A device with internet access to sign in.
• An app or program able to open PDF files.
• A valid email address to receive purchase notifications.
