Refund Policy

Digital products

All Hola Spanish products are eBooks in PDF format. Because of their nature, they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once the file has been accessed or the download has been completed.

By making the purchase, you accept that you lose the right of withdrawal foreseen for consumable digital goods, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Exceptions

We understand that technical errors can happen. We will review your case if:

  • The file received is damaged, corrupted or cannot be opened.
  • You received a product different from the one you purchased.
  • You could not access your library due to a failure attributable to us.

How to request a review

Write to hola@hola-spanish.es with the subject "Refund request" within 14 calendar days of the purchase. Include:

  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • The name of the product acquired.
  • A brief description of the problem.

Resolution

If we confirm the error, we may offer replacement of the correct file or a refund to the same payment method used. The refund timeframe depends on the payment provider (Stripe) and is usually 5 to 10 business days.

We reserve the right to reject abusive, repetitive requests or those that do not meet the conditions above.
